DIY Chocolate-Dipped Fruit Cones

  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 package vegan ice cream cones
  • ½ cup vegan sprinkles
  • A colorful variety of fresh fruit, sliced and chopped (mangoes are great because you can slice them so they stick way up out of the cone)


  • Melt the chocolate chips using a double broiler or a microwave.
  • Spoon or pour the chocolate inside of the cone and twirl to coat. Shake off any excess.
  • Dip the cones again in the melted chocolate just so the rim is coated, and then dip into a bowl of your favorite sprinkles.
  • Place the cones on wax paper and refrigerate to set for 30 minutes.
  • Slice a colorful variety of fruits, stuff into the cones, and serve!



Storage: If you have leftover fruit cones, keep them fresh and delicious by storing the components separately. Place the cones in an airtight container at room temperature, and store the fruit in the refrigerator. Assemble the cones just before serving.
