Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup. Lightly spray the parchment paper with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Spread the tofu fries evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch for even cooking. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until they are golden and crispy. Keep a close eye during the last 5 minutes to prevent overbaking. Enjoy! 🙂
