  • 7 bananas, yellow, not over-ripe
  • chocolate chips, vegan mini chocolate chips work best
  • vegan marshmallows, mini or torn into chunks

  • Slice an unpeeled banana lengthwise, just slicing through the banana inside. Leave the other side of the banana uncut.
  • Pull the cut portion open slightly to reveal the banana flesh inside.

Stuff the Bananas:

Wrap the Bananas:

  • Place a piece of parchment paper on top of a piece of foil. Place the stuffed banana on top, wrap the parchment around it, then wrap the foil around that. Slightly crinkle the foil to seal it.
