Avocado Ranch Dressing
With garlicky herb notes and a beautiful green color, this dressing will encourage everyone to eat more veggies. Serve as a dip or dressing and watch this creamy condiment disappear!

Ingredients

plant-based milk
unflavored and unsweetened

apple cider vinegar

ripe avocado
pitted and flesh removed from skin

olive oil

chopped yellow onion

cloves
garlic

teaspoon
salt

ground black pepper

dried parsley

teaspoon
dried dill
Instructions
In a blender, process all ingredients until smooth.
Transfer to a bottle or jar, and serve. Refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Notes
If using
fresh herbs
, double the amount to 2 teaspoons fresh instead of ½ teaspoon dried.
If using
dried spices
, use ½ teaspoon of garlic powder and ⅛ teaspoon of onion powder in place of the fresh garlic cloves and chopped onion.
Storing Suggestion
- This homemade dressing with last 2-3 days in a covered container in the fridge. After that, it's better to make a fresh batch.
