Ingredients
1cuprolled oats
1tablespoonchia seedsoptional
1cupplant-based milkuse full-fat coconut milk for extra creaminess and decadence
½teaspoonvanilla extract
1tablespoonmaple syrup
½cupstrawberrieshalf diced, half sliced and reserved for topping

Instructions
In a container, cup, or glass jar, add the rolled oats, chia seeds (optional), plant-based milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, diced strawberries, and any other desired add-ins and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for 3+ hours).
