This Asian-style zoodle recipe is mostly raw and jam-packed with nutrition. Plus, it’s very quick and easy to prepare. Move over garden salad, there’s a new favorite salad in town!



Noodle Bowl

  • 3 cups of spiralized zucchini
  • 1 ½ cups of spiralized carrots
  • ½ red bell pepper (thinly sliced or julienned)
  • ½ cup of sugar snap peas
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • cup of cilantro (roughly chopped)
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sesame seeds


  • ½ cup of almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 2 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of water


  1. Add all of the vegetables and sesame seeds to a large bowl and toss to mix.
  2. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce onto the veggies and mix well to combine. Serve immediately. Store any leftovers in the fridge and consume within a few days.
