Ingredients
4matzah crackers
½cuppizza sauceor vegan pesto sauce
½cupshredded vegan parmesan or mozzarella cheese
Toppings of choice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place each matzah cracker on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top with 2 tablespoons of sauce, your selected toppings and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
Bake for about 5 minutes.
