Chloe is one of the rare born-and-raised lifelong vegetarians. After going vegan some ten years ago, she launched her culinary career when she entered the Food Network’s reality show Cupcake Wars, where she wowed the world with her vegan cupcakes and made waves as she out-competed the dairy-filled cupcakes and took home the gold on national television.
Soon after, she launched not one—not two—but three brilliant vegan cookbooks. Her first, Chloe’s Kitchen, remains my all-time favorite cookbook to date! The healthy artichoke dip is to die for.
So when does by CHLOE come into play? Well, in 2014 Chloe partnered with ESquared Hospitality to launch a vegan restaurant chain and bring nourishing plant-based dishes to the masses. By CHLOE has already opened shop in New York and Los Angeles, and is expanding quickly, coming soon to Boston and beyond.
It’s no surprise that by CHLOE became an instant success. Her mission statement is simple, and one that resonates with many in today’s world:
